Hudson Naturopathic Clinic Policies


Please do not wear any strong scented products (such as perfume, deodorant, body lotion, hair spray, cologne, etc) when coming to the clinic for those patients who have chemical and environmental sensitivities.  The clinic and areas around Spring Creek Office Park are strictly smoke free.  


Payment is due upon the time of service for visits (unless insurance is billed), nutritional supplements, and laboratory tests (unless special arrangements have been made).  

Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks, visa, or mastercard.

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each returned check.


Dr. Tanya Hudson is contracted with ODS, Regence Blue Shield, and PacificSource.  Therefore, with most insurance plans within the ODS, Regence, and PacificSource network, Dr. Hudson is considered an in-network provider.   If Dr. Hudson is not contracted with your insurance carrier, she will supply you with a receipt containing all necessary insurance codes so that you can be reimbursed through your insurance provider.  Depending on the insurance company, reimbursement averages 30% to 100%.  Please call the clinic for any insurance questions.


A full 24 hours is required for cancellation of any appointment.  If your appointment is on a Monday, cancellation is required by 10 am on the previous Friday so that other patients are able to schedule visits.  All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours will be charged a late fee of $50.00.

All of the above policies can be changed or waived at any time at the discretion of Dr. Tanya Hudson.
